Epoch Roots represents a culmination of knowledge and experience from nearly two decades as a marketer across an array of industries.

MEET TARA

Tara Soltow, Founder of Epoch Roots

Tara Soltow is a change agent for brands. With nearly two decades of experience across a multitude of disciplines, industries, and landscapes, she coaches organizations— from agencies to nonprofits and scrappy startups to global corporations—through high-stakes growth and evolution.

Her industry-agnostic background isn’t just a testament to versatility and agility—it’s a strategic advantage.  Tara blends cross-sector insights with proven practices, delivering a sharp perspective and provocative approach to building, activating, and revitalizing brands.

By connecting dots and bridging gaps others overlook, Tara surfaces untapped opportunities and translates big ideas into action and results so leaders can accelerate innovation, catalyze transformation, and realize their brand’s full potential.

Five years ago, Tara founded a marketing consultancy, Epoch Roots, representing a culmination of knowledge and experiences from her expansive career as a brand strategy, integrated marketing, and communications executive.

Whether coaching leaders in the boardroom or athletes in the gym, Tara is fueled by a passion for progress and impact in every arena she enters. In her free time, Tara teaches group fitness classes, serves as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) for youth in the foster system, and co-hosts dinner parties with her 7-pound dog, Teddy, at her home in San Francisco.
